Make your cabin crew dreams become a reality, apply now with Emirates. Emirates with the help of their hiring partner in the Philippines, IPAMs, is now conducting screening for the open job vacancies. Those who will pass the initial screening will be invited for a physical screening.
Emirates may not be the world’s best airline, but they are giving the world’s best benefits and salaries to their employees. And just recently Emirates announced that they will be increasing salary and benefit package for their cabin crew and employees. There will be increase in transportation allowance, increase in education support allowance, extended maternity leave with pay from 60 days to 90 days, free accommodations including water and electricity, medical and life insurance, paid annual leaves, free flight tickets, among others. With the above industry salary and benefits upgrades, now is the best time to become one of their flight attendants.
You will course through your applications via their hiring partner, IPAMS or the Industrial Personnel and Management Services, Inc. You must register online at the IPAMS website ipams.com, click ‘APPLICANT’ and follow the prompt. You will also submit your updated resume and other required documents via online. No fees will be collected from applicants. IPAMS does not charge placement fees and processing fees.
But do hurry because applications will only be accepted until July 5, 2024.
Take note that for this round, Emirates and IPAMS are doing application processing only for Visayas and Mindanao region applicants. There will be a separate announcement for applicants coming from Manila and Luzon. The shortlisted applicants will be invited for physical screening in designated venues in Visayas and Mindanao.
EMIRATES CABIN CREW JOB HIRING 2024
- You must be at least High School Graduate/ALS Certified
- You must be 21 years of age or older
- The height required for this role is at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm high (on tip toes)
- You must have 1+ year of customer-facing experience (i.e. hospitality, guest services, retail, cabin crew)
- You must not have any visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform
- You must be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages an advantage)
- You must be a natural team player with a personality that shines
- You must also have a valid passport or a passport on process.
- PEOS upon registration is also required.

When you update your resume, take note of these tips:
List your work experience in reverse chronological order. This means that you must list first your most recent position and work your way backwards. Indicate your main responsibilities including complete job description and duties per work experience.
List your educational background from your highest educational attainment to elementary.
List your major achievements, certifications, and if you passed any licensure exam in the Philippines, etc. If you have so many achievements, only list those which are relevant to the position you are applying for.
List down the languages that you can speak, especially if you can speak languages other than English and Filipino.
Also have a list of references.
