Same thing when you board Cebu Pacific Air. This budget airlines now has a new policy for hand carry and check in baggage.
Yes, they still allow FREE hand carry luggage for their passengers. However, each passenger are only allowed 1 piece of baggage not exceeding 7 kilograms in weight. It must also be within a specific dimension set by the airline.
One good news is that you can be allowed to carry with you another piece of luggage if they fall on a certain criteria like if it contains medicines, baby items, or a laptop bag. These bags must be small enough to be placed under your seats.
Here are the dimensions for your Cebu Pacific Hand Carry Baggage:
Kindly follow the dimensions and the 7 kg hand carry baggage allowance in order for the staff to allow your bags inside the cabin.
If you are bringing a heavier bag or several pieces of luggage, best to avail the pre-paid check in service of Cebu Pacific Air.
Here you can book the 20 kilos or 32 kilos check in baggage allowance. However, you are only allowed to check in ONE piece of luggage or box for these 2 options.
If you need more baggage allowance you can also avail the 64 kg pre-paid baggage allowance. Here you can bring up to 2 pieces of luggage to be checked in.
If you are bringing lots of luggage with you, you can also upgrade your prepaid check in baggage and do so combinations such as:
• 1 piece baggage with 20kg
• 1 piece baggage with 32kg
• 2 pieces baggage with 20kg each, total of 40kg
• 2 pieces baggage with 32kg each, total of 64kg
• 1 piece baggage with 20kg and 1 piece baggage with 32kg, total of 52kg
Please take note that check in baggage should not exceed 39 inches on all sides.
